Note:
All mandatory requirements are in the tender documents. The framework contract shall be for a
period of two years.
Special group category is for youth, women and person with disability and must attach a copy of
registration certificate

Duly completed Tender and Pre-Qualification documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly

Or be deposited in the tender box situated at the Marsabit county assembly, on or before 14th
October, 2024
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their
representatives who may wish to attend. Canvassing directly or indirectly will lead to automatic
disqualification of bidders.
