TENDER NOTICE FOR FY 2026-2027 & 2027-2028
The County Assembly of Marsabit invites sealed tenders from eligible firms with relevant
qualifications and experience to submit their bids for-:

CATEGORY A: FRAMEWORK AGREEMENTS  

CATEGORY B: REGISTRATION FOR SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GOODS

CATEGORY C: REGISTRATION FOR PROVISION OF WORKS AND SERVICES

CATEGORY D: PREQUALIFICATION OF PROVISION OF BUILDING AND WORKS

Interested eligible Bidders Must Attach, among other Valid Copies of the Following Documents

• Single Business Permit
• I.N Certificate
• Business Registration Certificate
• CR 12 Form
• Tax Compliance Certificate
• Registration with Relevant Bodies where required
• Relevant Experience for The Applied Tenders

Note:
All mandatory requirements are in the tender documents. The Framework contract shall be for a period of two years.

Special group category is for youth, women and person with disability and must attach a copy of registration certificate Tender documents are available on the County Assembly Website (www.marsabitassembly.go.ke) or (www.tenders.go.ke) and can be downloaded free of charge.

Duly completed Tender and Pre-Qualification documents in plain sealed envelopes clearly
marked with relevant category number and description should be addressed to:

Or be deposited in the tender box situated at the Marsabit county assembly, on or before 22nd June, 2026.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of tenderers or their
representatives who may wish to attend. Canvassing directly or indirectly will lead to automatic disqualification of bidders.

INVITATION FOR TENDER

• The County Assembly of Marsabit invites sealed tenders from eligible candidates for the above named tenders
• Interested eligible candidates may obtain further information from and inspect the tender document at County Assembly of Marsabit premises, Marsabit Town, Procurement office, Second floor as from 8am-1pm and 2pm-5pm, week day as from Monday-Friday(excluding Public Holiday)
• A complete set of tender documents may be obtained by interested candidates by downloading free of charge from Marsabit County Assembly website: marsabitassembly.go.ke or Public procurement Information Portal (www.tenders.go.ke).
• Price quoted should be net inclusive of all taxes, and delivery costs, must be in Kenya shillings and shall remain valid for 150days from the closing date of the tender.
• Complete tender documents are to be enclosed in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender number and name and in two copies marked original and copy and to be deposited at the tender box located at the County Assembly of Marsabit Premises and be addressed to the Clerk of the County Assembly of Marsabit, P.O BOX 29-60500, Marsabit so as to be received on or before 19^th March 2025 at 10.00 am.
• Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter in the presence of the candidates representatives who choose to attend at the County assembly of Marsabit Chambers Board room( Ground floor-right wing)at 10.00am
